Welcome to the hiking route to Laponesalm! This moderate 5.97-kilometer out-and-back trail offers hikers a chance to explore the beautiful natural scenery of the area while enjoying a bit of elevation gain of 177 meters.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards Laponesalm. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Feuerstein restaurant, perfect for a quick bite before your hike. Further along, you'll encounter benches for a rest stop with a view, and even an information point for some local knowledge about the area.
As you continue on the trail, approximately midway, you will reach Almhütte Mühlendorf, another dining option to fuel up for the second half of your hike. And as you near Laponesalm, you'll find a drinking water station, perfect for refilling your bottle before the return journey.
