You will start your journey at Place Général de Gaulle parking area, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across a memorial just 0.03 kilometers from the start, reminding you of the area's historic significance.

About 1.85 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.

Further along the trail, at around 0.26 kilometers from the start, you will find a bench where you can rest and enjoy a snack while taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Nearby, there is also a fountain and a drinking water facility, providing you with the opportunity to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated.

At the midway point of the hike, approximately 4.94 kilometers from the start, there is another viewpoint where you can marvel at the scenic vistas below. This is a perfect place to admire the natural beauty of the area and capture some memorable photos.

As you continue on, you will encounter the Torpédo information point and La Côte information area, offering valuable insights into the surroundings. Be sure to check them out and learn more about the history and features of D 2.
