This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Wetterhaube. The trail is 2.532 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 213 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area, allowing you to easily access the trailhead. About 0.97 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the "Eunuch" peak, a popular spot for climbers. Continuing on, at about 1.25 kilometers, you'll find the "Elbaussicht" viewpoint offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Along the way, you'll encounter several peaks such as "Jungfer," "Mädel," and "Onkel," each with its unique charm. Make sure to take a moment to enjoy the "Schrammsteinaussicht" viewpoint at 1.25 kilometers, providing a picturesque panorama of the area.

For history enthusiasts, there is a memorial site called "Gespaltener Kegel" at around 0.95 kilometers into the hike. Bench facilities are available at various points along the trail for resting and taking in the serene surroundings.

As you approach the end of the hike, at approximately 1.27 kilometers, you'll reach the "Wetterhaube" peak, marking the turnaround point of the out-and-back route. Remember to carry an ample water supply and check the weather forecast before setting out on this adventure.
