This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Lachen-Rüti. The trail is an out-and-back type, covering a distance of 2.064 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will pass by the Schlösschen Wilihof, a historic castle located just 0.16 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail at 0.11 kilometers, you will come across a natural water feature. It is advisable to bring enough water with you as there may not be water sources along the way.

On your way back, around 1.03 kilometers into the hike, you will find another water feature. This is a good opportunity to rest and rehydrate before continuing your journey back. Additionally, at 0.19 kilometers from the start, you will find the Golfrestaurant Wylihof, where you can stop for a meal or snack.
