This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Wiesboden, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 12.973 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1037.0 meters, making it extremely difficult.

As you start your hike, you will come across Gasthaus Steinberg, a restaurant and alpine hut just 0.05 kilometers from the trail. It is a great spot to grab a bite before continuing your journey. About 0.4 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source, perfect for refilling your bottles.

Parking is available at the trailhead, located right at the beginning of the route. Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as this hike will test your endurance. Along the way, at the 6.49-kilometer mark, you will reach the peak of Wiesboden, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

At 1.56 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a wayside shrine called Marterl and a viewpoint where you can rest and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, there is an information point conveniently located at the start of the trail to provide insights about the area.
