This challenging hiking route will take you to the majestic peak of Breiteggspitze. The trail starts at Schönangeralm, where you can find parking facilities. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by the cozy Schönangeralm restaurant, perfect for a quick bite before continuing on.

The trail spans approximately 6.98 kilometers with an elevation gain of 679 meters, making it a difficult trek that is best suited for experienced hikers. Along the way, you'll be treated to stunning views of the surrounding landscape, with Breiteggspitze looming in the distance.

About midway through the hike, you'll reach the peak of Breiteggspitze, where you can take in panoramic views of the area. From here, you can retrace your steps back to the starting point at Schönangeralm.
