This hiking route takes you through the stunning area around Ingolstädter Haus. With a total distance of 25.612 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1755 meters, this hike is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.
Starting out from the trailhead, you will first pass by Dießbachstausee, a beautiful water reservoir located 7.11 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along the route at 2.53 kilometers, you will come across a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. The trail also leads you to Abz. Wimbachscharte, an information point at 10.64 kilometers from the start.
As you continue your journey, you will encounter various other points of interest such as Ingolstädter Haus at 12.81 kilometers, Rastplatz Weißbach Rad & Bike Tauernradweg at 2.85 kilometers, and a waterfall at 3.18 kilometers from the start. The trail also passes by several water sources, including one at 1.48 kilometers and another at 1.83 kilometers from the start.
