This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Breitschwemmkogel peak. The trail covers a distance of 7.523 kilometers with an elevation gain of 571 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes to complete.

Starting off at the trailhead, you will pass by a convenient parking area at the beginning of the route. Just a short distance away, at 0.03 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Kemater Alm restaurant and alpine hut, offering a great spot to grab a meal or rest before continuing on your journey.

As you trek onwards, at around 2.03 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a refreshing spring to refill your water supply. Further along the trail, at 3.76 kilometers, you'll reach the Breitschwemmkogel peak itself, providing panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

Additionally, along the way, you'll encounter several information points providing insights into the area's history and geography. Be sure to stop by the bench located 0.11 kilometers into the hike to take a moment to enjoy the scenery.
