This extremely difficult 14.868 km circular hiking route starts at Parking du Grand Paradis. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by Camping du Grand Paradis and Auberge du Grand-Paradis, where you can rest and grab a bite to eat. Around 3.36 km into the hike, you'll come across an information point. Further along the trail, at approximately 5.68 km, you'll find a water source.
As you continue, you'll reach another information point around 4.21 km from the start. At 5.07 km, there's a waterfall, Cascade de Bonavau, a bit off the main trail. Midway through the hike, at 6.31 km, there's another information point for you to explore. About 0.29 km from the start, you'll find yourself at Cabane de Susanfe, a charming alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Near the end of the hike, at around 7.18 km, you'll find another alpine hut called Refuge de Bonavau. Additionally, there's a bench at 0.57 km from the start where you can take a moment to rest and take in the views.
Given the length of the route and the significant elevation gain of 1234.0 meters, this hike is recommended for experienced hikers.
