This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area near Asunción, where you will find the Jardín Botánico y Zoológico de Asunción. The trail is super easy, with a total distance of 1.557 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Estacionamiento del zoológico, which is about 360 meters from the trailhead. Further along the trail, at around 380 meters from the start, you will reach the Jardín Botánico y Zoológico de Asunción. Here, you can explore various attractions such as the Papagayo azul, Herbívoros, Monos, and more.

Midway through your hike, at about 620 meters from the start, you will encounter the attraction named Papagayo rojo. This is followed by other attractions like Carancho y Águila Coronada, Loros, Búhos Pequeños, and Tucán, all of which are located closer to the end of the trail.

Along the way, there are several facilities available, including benches for resting, as well as drinking water stations. It is recommended to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days.
