This hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Punta Taiola - Est. With a total distance of 13.553 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1381 meters, this extremely difficult hike is not for the faint of heart.

Starting off, you will come across a wayside shrine just 0.89 kilometers from the trailhead. As you continue, make sure to stop by the Rifugio San Marco alpine hut 3.48 kilometers into the hike for a break and some stunning views.

Throughout the trail, you will also find various facilities such as parking, drinking water stations, and benches to rest at. Information points are scattered along the route, offering insights into the area's history and natural features.

Midway through the hike, at around 4.94 kilometers from the start, you will reach Forcella Grande, a beautiful natural saddle. Don't forget to visit Trattoria La Scaletta, a restaurant just 0.84 kilometers from the trail and refuel for the second half of your journey.

As you venture further, you will encounter Punta Taiola - Est, a majestic peak 6.13 kilometers into the hike. Take in the breathtaking views before heading towards Forcella Pala di Dentro, another picturesque saddle at around 5.7 kilometers from the start.

Before completing the circular route, make sure to visit other notable peaks like Col de Chi de Os, as well as Punta Taiola - Ovest located 6.13 kilometers into the hike.
