This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you to Pointe Gaspard, covering a distance of 14.87 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1602 meters.

Starting from the trailhead, you will first encounter a natural water source just 0.05 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. It's important to stay hydrated, so consider refilling your water bottles here. As you continue, at around 3.27 kilometers in, you will come across another water source at Lac du Fouet, providing a picturesque spot to take a break.

Around the 3.53 kilometer mark, you'll find La Flégère, where you can gather more information about the area. Additionally, at 3.58 kilometers, L'Adret de la Flégère and Tendance Foehn offer restaurant options for a pit stop to refuel.

Further along the route, you'll encounter various points of interest such as Via Ferrata des Evettes at 4.43 kilometers, and the panoramic viewpoint La Vue de Reverettaz at 1.6 kilometers from the start.
