This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Poggio Gallesano. With a distance of 8.118 kilometers and an elevation gain of 233 meters, this hike is classified as difficult and is expected to take around 2 hours and 27 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Approximately 0.01 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Fonte Canale spring, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the natural surroundings. Further along the trail, about 4.06 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Poggio Gallesano, offering stunning panoramic views of the area.

Along the way, you will also pass by the Canale picnic site and the C.R.A.I. information point, providing you with opportunities to rest and learn more about the area. Keep an eye out for Poggio la Botte peak, located 3.4 kilometers from the start but not directly on the trail.
