This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding the Refuge des Brigands. The 4.49 kilometer trail offers a relatively easy hike with an elevation gain of 139 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the parking area conveniently located at the trailhead, you will soon come across the Buvette des Brigands, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments just 2.04 kilometers into the hike. As you continue along the trail, you will also pass by a charming fountain at the 2.06 kilometer mark, providing a nice spot to rest and soak in the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at the 2.06 kilometer point, you will reach the Refuge des Brigands, another alpine hut where you can further rest and perhaps even spend the night if you wish. The circular route allows you to experience the beauty of the area from different perspectives before making your way back to the starting point.
