This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of 12A - 12A - Sarntal - Sarentino. With a distance of 15.711 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1391 meters, this hike is considered extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
As you embark on this out-and-back journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter an information point providing you with insights about the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Oberbergalm, a historic site known for its ruins, located 5.47 kilometers from the start. Continuing on, you will pass by Gerölljoch (Gröllerjoch), a natural saddle that offers breathtaking views of the area.
