This hike takes you through the stunning area around Leierspitz - Monte Lira. With a total distance of 11.006 kilometers and an elevation gain of 862 meters, this route is classified as difficult, so be prepared for a challenging but rewarding trek.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Fortschellscharte - Forcella di San Cassiano saddle at 1.46 kilometers from the trailhead. Further along the trail, at 3.19 kilometers, you will find a water source, a great spot to refill your water bottles.
At 4.85 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Schrotthorn - Corno Rotto peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The Leierspitz - Monte Lira peak awaits you at the 5.5 kilometers mark, providing a picturesque backdrop for a well-deserved rest.
