Starting from the parking area at Gasthaus zum Stern, you will begin your journey towards Gänsekragenspitze. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will pass by Oberbergalm, which is a historic ruins site located 9.54 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on, you will come across Steinwandseen - Lago del Corno Bianco, a beautiful set of lakes situated 11.82 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further ahead, you will find Gasthaus Edelweiss around the 3.93 kilometers mark, where you can take a break and refuel.

Make sure to stay hydrated as you hike, especially when passing by the various water sources like the one at 15.03 kilometers. Additionally, be mindful of your surroundings and follow the trail markers to stay on course.

For those interested in peak views, Sarner Weißhorn and Röthenspitz are within reach at 11.07 kilometers and 13.34 kilometers from the start, respectively. You can also visit the Gerölljoch (Gröllerjoch) saddle around the 10.87 kilometers mark.

Towards the end of the trail, you will pass by informative points such as the wayside cross at 6.69 kilometers and benches for resting at 5.74 kilometers. Finally, the trail culminates at Gänsekragenspitze - Punta di Campo, offering a rewarding panoramic view of the surroundings.
