This extremely difficult hiking route will lead you to the stunning peak of Sarner Weißhorn - Corno Bianco, offering breathtaking views and a challenging adventure. The trail spans a distance of 14.327 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1287 meters, making it a rigorous trek that requires proper preparation.
Starting from the trailhead, you will first come across Oberbergalm, a site of historic ruins, located approximately 5.47 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue onwards, you will encounter Gerölljoch (Gröllerjoch), a natural saddle point situated 6.81 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a breather and admire the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, at around 7.16 kilometers from the start, you will reach the majestic peak of Sarner Weißhorn - Corno Bianco, offering panoramic views that make the challenging journey worthwhile.
