This extremely difficult 12.223-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will lead you to the stunning peak of Punta Cruvin. The trail starts at a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the route. As you embark on your journey, you will pass by a wayside shrine and an information point, providing you with interesting insights along the way.
The hike will take you through challenging terrains with a total elevation gain of 1461 meters. Along the route, you will encounter different points of interest such as the peak of Punta Lunella and the saddle of Colle Lusera, offering panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty. Make sure to stop and hydrate at the drinking water point, located midway through the trail.
Although some points of interest like Cima Lusera are slightly off the trail, it's worth the extra effort to explore them. Remember to pack enough water, as this hike will test your endurance. Before embarking, check the weather forecast to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
After a challenging ascent, reaching the peak of Punta Cruvin will reward you with breathtaking vistas.
