This extremely difficult 18.4-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the picturesque Monte Cacume area. The trail starts at a parking area and then leads you through challenging terrain with an elevation gain of 856 meters.
Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest, including the Alpine hut Rifugio Marione located approximately 8.68 kilometers from the start. This hut offers accommodation and can be a great resting spot for hikers. As you continue your journey, you will also pass by the peak of Monte Cacume, which stands at 9.08 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.
For those interested in historical landmarks, there is a wayside cross located at the same distance as Monte Cacume.
