This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 16.839 kilometers and an elevation gain of 710 meters. The duration of the hike is approximately 5 hours and 40 minutes, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the alpine hut at the Rifugio Marione. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. About 8.24 kilometers into the hike, you will come across another alpine hut, offering a resting spot for weary hikers. Continuing on, at around 8.4 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Fontana Scorciapane, a natural spring where you can refill your water supply.

Further along the trail, at 7.41 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the Fontana Savino, another natural spring providing drinking water. And at 2.51 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach the Fonte Pisciarello, offering another opportunity to replenish your water.
