This challenging out-and-back hiking route leads you to the stunning Pic de la Serrera in Andorra. The trail spans approximately 8.973 kilometers with an elevation gain of 950 meters, promising a rewarding adventure for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area in Coma de Ransol, you'll first pass by the tranquil Estany de Ransol and Estanyo de Ransol, beautiful lakes that are perfect for a quick break and some scenic photos. These are located around 2.27 and 2.71 kilometers from the start of the trail, respectively.

As you continue your ascent, you'll reach the Collada de Meners, a picturesque saddle located 3.85 kilometers into the hike. This spot offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, making it a great place to rest and refuel.

Around 3.75 kilometers from the trailhead, you'll come across the Cabane de la Collada de Meners, a non-guarded shelter that can provide some shelter if needed. Further along the trail, at 4.49 kilometers, you'll find yourself at the summit of the majestic Pic de la Serrera, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Andorran landscape.

For your convenience, there is a drinking water source, Font dels Clots de la Llosa, located 1.46 kilometers from the start, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your journey. Additionally, a picnic site is available right at the beginning of the trail, offering a perfect spot to enjoy a meal before or after your hike.

Given the length and elevation gain of this route, hikers are advised to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, appropriate footwear, and sun protection. It's also recommended to check the weather forecast before setting out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
