This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on an out-and-back journey from Cabane de Llassies to Pont de Gespedière, covering a total distance of 14.32 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1112 meters.

Starting at Cabane de Llassies, you'll venture through the scenic Vall de Sorteny area, surrounded by towering peaks and lush greenery. The trail begins with a gentle incline, gradually leading you towards Pic d'Arial, a prominent peak that offers stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. This point is about 5.44 kilometers from the starting point.

As you continue onwards, you'll come across several water sources scattered along the route. Be sure to refill your water supplies at these points, especially as you approach the midway mark where the trail passes by Port de Siguer, a picturesque saddle point located approximately 3.95 kilometers from the start.

Further along the trail, you'll encounter Refugi de Rialb and Cabana dels Planells de Rialb, wilderness huts that provide shelter for hikers. These accommodations are situated at around 2.01 and 2.77 kilometers from the starting point, respectively.

Towards the latter part of the hike, you'll reach el Port Vell de Siguer, another notable saddle point at about 4.97 kilometers from the start. As you make your way back, passing by the various water sources and shelters, take in the breathtaking beauty of the natural surroundings.

It's important to note that this hike is extremely challenging due to its significant length and elevation gain. Make sure to come prepared with ample water, snacks, sturdy hiking shoes, and proper gear.
