Welcome to the hiking route in the area of Κοινότητα Θερμοπυλών - Δημοτική Ενότητα Λαμιέων. This route is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 21.483 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1202 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.

As you start your hike, you will come across a memorial site, the Μάχη των Θερμοπυλών (Battle of Thermopylae), located right at the beginning of the trail. Although it is slightly off the trail, it is a significant historic landmark to see. Further along the way, about 6.59 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source for refilling your supplies.

Continuing on, at the 8.26-kilometer mark, there is another drinking water station conveniently located on the trail. As you approach the midway point at around 10.74 kilometers, you will encounter another water source for your hydration needs.

On the way back, at approximately 9.79 kilometers from the start, there is a third drinking water station to help you stay refreshed for the remainder of your journey. Additionally, a parking area is available at the trailhead for your convenience.
