This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Arlbergpass, offering stunning views and natural beauty. The trail is 6.872 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 505 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Arlbergpass parking area, a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. About 1 kilometer into the hike, you will find a water source where you can replenish your supply.

Further along the trail, at around 1.2 kilometers in, you'll pass by another water source, followed by the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel located at 0.17 kilometers into the hike. This could be a great resting spot to grab a bite to eat or relax before continuing on.

At the mid-point of the hike, approximately 3.44 kilometers in, you will reach the peak known as Wirt, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, you can stop by Rasthaus Passhöhe, a restaurant located 0.04 kilometers from the trail, perfect for a meal or snack break.

Don't forget to check out the wayside cross and viewpoint along the trail for added points of interest.
