Welcome to the FRW 7 hiking route! This moderate 5.097-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a beautiful journey through the stunning landscapes of the area. With an elevation gain of 334 meters, hikers can expect a moderate challenge that rewards them with fantastic views along the way.

As you start your hike, you'll come across "S´Murmele" at the beginning of the trail. This cozy bar is a perfect spot to grab a quick snack or drink before continuing on your adventure. Further along the trail, you'll find a natural water source around 1.72 kilometers from the start, ideal for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated.

Around the midway point of the hike, you'll encounter "Willi's Pilsstüble," a charming restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy a delicious meal. Not too far from there, "Mondschein" offers another dining option with a website for more information.

As you make your way back, be sure to check out the artwork of "Hannes Schneider" and the historic wayside cross located along the trail. These points of interest add a cultural and historical touch to your hiking experience.
