This extremely difficult 13.483-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Corna Piana in a beautiful natural area. The trail has an elevation gain of 768 meters and an estimated duration of 5 hours and 2 minutes.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. About 1.95 kilometers from the start, you will find parking facilities available. At the same distance, there is also a wayside shrine that you can visit, adding a touch of historic charm to your journey.

As you continue on the trail, at around 2.26 kilometers from the start, you will come across a drinking water station, a great spot to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated. Further along, at 4.87 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a refreshing spring, offering a natural break amidst the challenging hike.

At the 6.74-kilometer mark, you will reach Corna Piana, a stunning viewpoint where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a perfect spot to rest, have a snack, and capture some memorable photographs.

On the way back, make sure to stop by Trattoria Castelbarco, a restaurant located approximately 1.95 kilometers from the start, offering a chance to refuel and enjoy some local cuisine.

Throughout the hike, it is essential to bring an ample water supply, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Checking the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging adventure is also recommended.
