This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Monte Val Rossa area, known for its stunning natural scenery and challenging trails. The route is an out-and-back type, spanning a distance of 12.7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1385 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.

Along the way, hikers will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue, you'll pass by Lago Nero, a picturesque lake located 3.36 kilometers from the start. Further along, at a distance of 4.89 kilometers, you'll encounter the enchanting Lago Valrossa.

For those looking to take a break, Rifugio Capanna Lago Nero offers a cozy alpine hut 3.28 kilometers into the hike. Additionally, there are several drinking water points along the trail to stay hydrated.

As you trek further, you'll reach Monte Val Rossa, a peak located 6.35 kilometers from the start, providing breathtaking panoramic views. Along the way, the Ristoro cinque laghi restaurant offers a delightful stop for some sustenance.
