This extremely difficult 12.099-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning scenery of Laghetto della paura. The trail starts at a parking area just 0.03 kilometers from the beginning. As you begin your journey, you will pass by the historic ruins of Baita Tomaso at 3.93 kilometers into the hike.

Midway through the route at 4.86 kilometers, you will reach Rifugio Laghi Gemelli, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the view. Nearby, you can also find a drinking water source and an information point for any queries you may have.

At 5.18 kilometers, you will encounter a beautiful natural water feature, PPP, followed by Laghetto della paura at 6.01 kilometers. This serene lake offers a perfect spot to rest and admire the surrounding nature.

As you continue your journey, you will come across Cascata Borleggia, a picturesque waterfall at 0.75 kilometers from the trail. Towards the end of the hike, at 4.69 kilometers, you will pass by Vecchio Rifugio Gemelli, another historic site to explore.

With an elevation gain of 1159.0 meters, this challenging route demands physical fitness and proper hiking gear. Make sure to bring enough water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
