This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Rocher de Viane. The trail is super easy with a total distance of 1.771 kilometers and an elevation gain of 81 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 36 minutes and 44 seconds.

As you start your journey, you will pass by some points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Place Robert Oules, a parking area, and another parking spot closer to the start. Further along, you'll come across the ruins of the Ancien chateau de Viane and more ruins at around 0.78 kilometers from the start.

At around 0.08 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station for you to refill your bottles. As you hike, you will also encounter the Rocher de Viane peak at 0.89 kilometers from the start, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Along the way, you will find a fountain and a wayside cross at 0.02 and 0.24 kilometers from the beginning, respectively.

Before reaching your final destination, don't miss the fountain at 0.0 kilometers from the start and another fountain at 0.66 kilometers away. Finally, you will arrive at the Rocher de Viane viewpoint, which is also a peak, offering panoramic views of the area.

This out-and-back trail is suitable for hikers of all levels, given its short distance and minimal elevation gain. Remember to bring an adequate supply of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before embarking on your adventure.
