This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Asperstrihen, starting at a parking area. The trail begins at an elevation of 681 meters and gradually ascends to Asperstrihen at 797 meters.

As you hike along the route, you will come across various points of interest. You will find a shelter nearby for a quick rest or picnic. Further along, you will reach Bänkerjoch, a natural saddle point with informational signage. Nearby, there are benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. You will also encounter historical boundary stones marking the border of 1775 with Austria.

Along the hike, you will find drinking water sources to refill your bottles and additional benches for relaxation. As you continue, you will reach the viewpoint of Asperstrihen, offering a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings. There are also picnic sites along the trail where you can stop for a meal.

This out-and-back trail covers a distance of 1.885 kilometers with an elevation gain of 115 meters. The hike is of moderate difficulty due to its length and elevation gain. Be sure to bring enough water for the journey and check the weather forecast before setting out.
