Welcome to the Taubenstein hiking route!
Located in a beautiful natural area, this trail offers a 3.2-kilometer round trip adventure with an elevation gain of 67 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the Reißershöhle cave entrance, located 0.85 kilometers from the start. As you continue along the trail, you will pass by the Martinswand peak (0.06 km from the start) and Mühlhübel peak (1.53 km from the start), offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
About midway through the hike, you will reach the Taubenstein viewpoint (1.6 km from the start), where you can take a break and enjoy the panoramic vistas. Along the way, you will also come across various information points, picnic sites, and benches to rest and take in the scenery.
At the turnaround point, you can explore the Vlčí deska memorial (0.57 km from the start) before heading back towards the starting point.
