This hiking route is an extremely difficult 21.935-kilometer circular trail that offers stunning views of the Tours St Jacques. The trail has an elevation gain of 707 meters and is estimated to take around 6 hours and 50 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by La grande Raie parking lot, which is right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on the path, you will come across various points of interest. At 6.03 kilometers from the start, you will find a natural spring where you can refill your water bottles. Further along, at 6.94 kilometers, there is a historic wayside cross, providing a glimpse into the past.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 7 kilometers from the start, there is an informative signpost to enrich your knowledge about the area. Closer to the end of the trail, at 8.61 kilometers, hikers will reach Lac du Mariet, a beautiful water body where you can rest and enjoy the scenery.
