This easy 4.32-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the picturesque area around Pungart. The trail starts at P3 Waldrast parking area. Make sure to park your vehicle here before embarking on the hike. As you begin your journey, you will come across the Waldrast viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.

Around the midway point of the hike, approximately 2.07 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Pungart peak. Take some time to soak in the beautiful views from this vantage point. The elevation gain of 36 meters makes this hike suitable for hikers of all levels.

Continuing on the trail, you will pass by the Storfhöhe peak, located just 0.03 kilometers from the start of the route. Although it is slightly off the main trail, it is worth a visit if you have the time and energy to explore further.
