This hiking route is situated in a scenic area with breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The route is an out-and-back trail, with a total distance of 12.224 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1015.0 meters, making it extremely difficult.
As you embark on this journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue, you will reach Elorrietako lepoa, a saddle located 2.51 kilometers from the start. Further along, you will encounter Mugarrien 91. zenbakia, a historic boundary stone and attraction just 0.04 kilometers from the start.
Midway through the hike, you will discover Nekaitzeko Lepoa, another saddle offering a resting spot 1.87 kilometers from the start. As you push forward, you will reach Hautza, a peak located 3.99 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, be sure to explore the Cromlech Arrigorriko Lepoa, an archaeological site situated 3.46 kilometers into the hike.
Towards the end of the trail, you will encounter Elkaitza, a peak 5.6 kilometers from the start. Finally, your destination, Maxilko Harria, a natural peak, awaits you 6.11 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.
