This hiking route takes you through the beautiful mountainous area around Rifugio Stoppani. With a total distance of 12.157 kilometers and an elevation gain of 893 meters, this hike is categorized as extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
Starting at the Parcheggio Teleferica parking lot, you will begin your journey towards Rifugio Stoppani. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Cascate alte, a stunning waterfall just 0.76 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail at 0.81 kilometers, you will encounter another waterfall called Cascate alte.
As you continue your hike, around the 1.18-kilometer mark, you will reach an information point providing insights into the surrounding area. Around 1.38 kilometers into the hike, there is another information point with valuable details for hikers. The trail also passes by Malga Vallesinella di Sopra, a shelter located 1.43 kilometers from the start.
Midway through your journey, at 4.7 kilometers, there is an information point offering more knowledge about the area. At 4.88 kilometers, you will find the Rifugio Graffer al Grostè alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments.
Towards the end of the hike, around 6.07 kilometers from the start, you will reach Passo del Grostè, a saddle with beautiful natural surroundings. Finally, at 6.08 kilometers, you will arrive at Rifugio Stoppani, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views before heading back.
