The hike begins at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before starting your journey. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across various points of interest that add to the adventure.

About 1.59 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point that provides details about the area and its significance. Continuing onwards, at a distance of 0.59 kilometers, you will reach the tranquil Poza de Sócrates, a beautiful water feature perfect for a rest stop.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 4.4 kilometers from the start, you will reach the impressive Cabeza de Hierro Mayor peak. The breathtaking views from this vantage point make the effort worthwhile.

Further along the trail, at 3.45 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a refreshing spring where you can refill your water bottle and take a break. Additionally, at 4.07 kilometers, there is a saddle point offering a unique perspective of the surrounding landscape.

It's important to note that there are other peaks along the route, but they are slightly off the main trail. For a more challenging adventure, you can consider exploring these peaks as well.
