This challenging 5.5-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the peak of Testa Comagna, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Starting at Parcheggio Lo Saros, the trailhead is easily accessible with parking available nearby.
As you begin your ascent, you'll pass by a wayside cross and an information point providing insights into the area's history and landmarks. Around midway through the hike, you'll find a drinking water station to refill your supplies.
The trail continues past ruins and benches where you can take a break and appreciate the scenery. As you approach the peak of Testa Comagna, the elevation gain becomes more challenging, but the panoramic view at the top makes it all worthwhile.
On the way back, you'll pass by more information points and parking areas, making it convenient for hikers. Remember to bring plenty of water, as the elevation gain of 538 meters can be demanding.
