This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Étang du Baloutiau. The trail is 3.666 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. Further along, about 0.15 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the historic Castle, which is located slightly off the trail but worth a visit. Nearby, you will also find the charming Église Saint-Martin and the restaurant Le Saint-Martin where you can grab a bite to eat.

About 1.83 kilometers from the start, you will reach the picturesque Étang du Baloutiau, a beautiful water feature that is perfect for a rest or picnic. Along the way, you will also pass by another water point at 0.26 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing spot to refill your water bottle.

On your way back, you can stop by the restaurants La Coquele and La Table de Chapaize for a delicious meal before heading back to the trailhead. Additionally, you will encounter a historic monument and a wayside cross, adding to the cultural richness of your hike.
