This challenging out-and-back hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Monte Tovo. The trail spans 7.591 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 784 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting off, you'll pass by Azienda Agricola Fantini, a charming farm located 0.28 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you'll reach Rifugio Gilodi-Cà Mea, an alpine hut situated 3.07 kilometers into the hike, offering a cozy spot to rest and refuel.

Further along the trail at 3.8 kilometers, you'll encounter Monte Tovo, a scenic peak that provides stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. This makes for a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the landscape before heading back.

During your journey, you'll also come across a historic wayside cross at 3.04 kilometers and convenient parking areas at the start of the trail and midway through at 0.01 kilometers.

It's important to note that while there is drinking water available 0.43 kilometers from the trail, it's always recommended to bring an ample supply of water to stay hydrated throughout the hike.
