Hiking : Cima Soliva

This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Cima Soliva. The trail is 5.944 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 330 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.

As you start your journey, you will come across the parking area where you can leave your vehicle to begin the hike. From there, you will pass by the picturesque Sella del Gallo, a saddle located 2.54 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at around 2.01 kilometers in, you will encounter Monte Briasco, a peak that offers stunning views of the surroundings.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching Cima Soliva, another peak located 2.97 kilometers from the start. Here, you can take in panoramic views of the area before heading back towards the starting point.

Along the way, you may also come across the Passo della Colma / Colma di Civiasco, a saddle at the beginning of the trail, and the Cappella della Colma, a wayside shrine located closer to the start.
