This hiking route takes you through the beautiful alpine area near Ritzingerhütte. Starting at the parking area, you will head towards the destination, the Ritzingerhütte alpine hut. The trail offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests.

Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. About 4 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the Viehbergalm restaurant and alpine hut, perfect for a rest and some sustenance. Further along, at a similar distance, you will find the Simeterhütte alpine hut.

Closer to the starting point, just 1 kilometer away, you can admire the Öfen attraction, and about 3 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter two historic wayside shrines. Other points of interest include a waterfall, a high ropes course (Hochseilgarten), picnic sites, information points, and benches for resting.
