This extremely difficult 12.4-kilometer circular hiking route will lead you through a challenging yet rewarding journey in the beautiful area surrounding Rifugio Lago Verde.

Starting from the parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail, you will venture into the wilderness, encountering points of interest along the way. At the start of your hike, you will come across a drinking water point, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your adventure.

As you continue on, approximately 0.1 kilometers from the start, you will find a natural water source. This would be a good spot to refill your water bottles if needed. Further along the trail, about 5.1 kilometers from the start, you will discover historic ruins, adding a touch of intrigue to your hike.

Closer to Rifugio Lago Verde, at approximately 6.1 kilometers from the start, you will reach Lago Verde, a picturesque green lake that provides a perfect backdrop for a restful break before making your way to the alpine hut. Just a short distance away at 6.11 kilometers from the start, Rifugio Lago Verde offers a cozy accommodation option and a chance to refuel before completing your journey.
