As you begin your hike, you will come across a beautiful picnic site just 18 meters from the trailhead, perfect for a quick break or a meal before heading out. About 1.48 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source, ideal for refilling your water bottles and staying hydrated.

One of the notable features along the trail is the Fuente de la Umbría spring, located 1.19 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to enjoy the refreshing natural spring before continuing on your adventure.

Further ahead, at around 2.62 kilometers from the starting point, you will encounter the peak known as "Me." While not directly on the trail, this peak offers spectacular views and is worth the extra distance for a unique hiking experience.

At the 6.67-kilometer mark, you will reach another peak and the Portillo del Cogorzal saddle, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding terrain. Take in the breathtaking scenery and capture some memorable photos to commemorate your journey.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across various springs, including the Fuente del Cogorzal, providing opportunities to rest, rehydrate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
