Welcome to the Route Romaine hiking trail! This circular route offers a 6.789 km journey with an elevation gain of 213 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. The estimated duration for this hike is 2 hours and 6 minutes.

Starting at the designated parking area located right at the trailhead, hikers will begin their adventure with ease. Around 0.58 km into the hike, you will come across a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

As you continue on, at approximately 0.76 km from the start, you will find a natural water source for refilling your bottles. It is always essential to stay hydrated during your outdoor excursions.

Around the 2.9 km mark, the trail will lead you to the impressive Falkenstein peak, also known as rocher du Falkenstein. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the area and capture some memorable photographs.

Further along the route, at 3.12 km from the start, you will encounter a viewpoint offering breathtaking scenery, perfect for a rest stop and some contemplation.

Before reaching the endpoint, at around 3.34 km, you will find the cozy restaurant, Aux Deux Clefs, where you can refuel and relax before completing the hike.
