This extremely difficult 13.722 km out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Falzer Kopf peak. The trail starts at a parking area located at the beginning of the route and winds its way through the picturesque landscape.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. Approximately 0.33 km from the start, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. Further along, at 4.6 km into the hike, you can take a break at the Neuhornbach Alpe restaurant. This is a great spot to refuel and enjoy some local cuisine.

Continuing on, at 5.17 km from the start, you will reach the Neuhornbachhaus, which also offers accommodation options if you wish to extend your stay. As you approach the 6.33 km mark, you will reach the Neuhornbachjoch saddle, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Finally, at 6.86 km into the hike, you will reach the highlight of the trail, the Falzer Kopf peak. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the area before making your way back along the same route.

With an elevation gain of 1037.0 meters, this hike is challenging and requires a good level of fitness. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
