This extremely difficult 13.722-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Falzer Kopf peak. The trail starts at the parking area right at the beginning of the route. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks as this challenging hike has an elevation gain of 1037 meters.

Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. About 4.6 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the cozy Neuhornbach Alpe restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine. Further on, at 5.17 kilometers, you'll reach the Neuhornbachhaus alpine hut, offering accommodation and breathtaking views.

As you continue, you'll encounter the Neuhornbachjoch saddle at 6.33 kilometers, providing a stunning vantage point of the surrounding landscape. Finally, at 6.86 kilometers, you'll reach the majestic Falzer Kopf peak, offering panoramic views as far as the eye can see.

Throughout the trail, you'll also find informative signposts and benches for resting. Remember to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike and to stay hydrated.
