This challenging hiking route takes you to the picturesque area around Hirschleskopf peak. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at a parking area where you can leave your vehicle and begin your adventure.

As you set off on the trail, you'll come across the Gasthaus Alpenrose restaurant, offering a good spot to grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before continuing on your journey. Further along the trail, you'll find several parking areas, some with no fees and others with a small charge.

About midway through the hike, you'll reach Hirschleskopf peak, a natural viewpoint where you can admire the stunning surrounding landscape and maybe even take a moment to rest and enjoy a picnic at the Kraftplatz Gramais picnic site nearby.

Along the trail, you'll also encounter several information points providing insight into the area's history and natural features. Additionally, there are benches scattered along the way where you can take a break and soak in the beautiful scenery.

With a total distance of 6.169 kilometers and an elevation gain of 713 meters, this hike is rated as difficult. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy footwear.
