This challenging hiking route will take you to Banao Lake, starting and ending at the trailhead. The trail covers a distance of 7.587 kilometers with an elevation gain of 344 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

As you start your journey, you will pass by the Sagada Lemon Pie House, a cozy cafe located just 0.15 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the trail, at the 0.12 kilometer mark, you will find the Sagada Happy House restaurant where you can refuel and rest.

Midway through the hike, at a distance of 3.79 kilometers from the trailhead, you will reach Banao Lake, a picturesque natural water feature that offers a serene spot to take in the beauty of the surroundings. Nearby, at 3.63 kilometers from the start, is the Sunset Viewpoint where you can enjoy a stunning panoramic vista.

On your way back, you can stop by the Sagada Hub cafe located at 0.11 kilometers from the trailhead to relax and unwind before completing the hike.
