Welcome to the hiking route on the Reitsteig trail! The trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes and is perfect for a moderate hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the very beginning, you will find the Wanderparkplatz Nasser Grund parking area, where you can park your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Further along the trail, at about 1.64 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Wilde Hölle attraction, followed by other attractions like Däumling, Friensteiner Zacken, Hähnelspitze, and Wilde Zinne.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several climbing peaks like Domnadel, Rokokoturm, Wilder Kopf, and Beelzebub. These peaks offer great opportunities for climbing enthusiasts to test their skills and enjoy the panoramic views from the top.

Along the way, you will find designated shelters like Boofe im Winkel südöstlich vom Carolafelsen and Bussardboofe, where you can take a break, have a snack, or enjoy a moment of rest while surrounded by nature.

At about 2.46 kilometers from the start, you will reach the endpoint of the trail, the Reitsteig. This out-and-back trail covers a distance of 5.201 kilometers with an elevation gain of 284 meters, making it a moderately challenging hike suitable for hikers of various skill levels.
