This challenging hiking route takes you along the Route de Verdun, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

As you start the hike, you'll come across a parking area at the trailhead where you can leave your car. Make sure to bring plenty of water as there are no water sources along the trail.

About 0.41 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a historic wayside cross off the trail. This is a great spot to take a break and admire the scenery.

At around the 5.24 kilometer mark, you'll pass by Étang Boutonneau, a beautiful water feature off the main trail.

The entire route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 10.472 kilometers and no elevation gain. The difficulty level is rated as difficult due to the length of the hike.
